Metajive is looking for a Scrum Master
You are an experienced delivery leader with strong business acumen.
You collaborate and communicate ideas, issues, and solutions in a team environment and also work independently. You solve problems under pressure, lead agile teams and focus on outcomes. You are highly organized and data-driven with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to tell a story convincingly and comfortably. You can effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
Must Haves:
Must Haves:
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, producer, or Scrum Master in a digital agency setting
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Experience leading agile teams
- Certified Scrum Master
- Excellent skills at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Good planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
